- Implemented a zero-bug policy that halved the bug backlog and brought resolution times down from years to months. Product became more stable, customers got faster fixes, team could focus on building instead of firefighting
- Leading compliance work so Jeeves customers can meet EU requirements (CSRD, CBAM, GHG, EUDR) - ran webinars for 50+ customers showing how the solutions actually work

- Simplified a complex intra-company trading process for a customer doing Europe-wide fulfillment from a single warehouse. Turned a multi-step group trading workflow into a streamlined scan-to-pick-to-invoice solution handling ~1000 order rows daily through a 3PL
- Configured and customized solutions across different industries and logistical complexities - learned to quickly understand what each business actually needed vs what they thought they needed
- Handled simpler customizations directly, worked with the delivery team on more complex builds
